What is Embroidery Mart-NASHVILLE?

The Embroidery Mart-NASHVILLE is a dynamic two-day event for the commercial embroidery and apparel decoration industry. It is designed to bring embroiderers, apparel decorators, and industry suppliers together1 to learn and share in a comfortable setting. Attending Embroidery Mart-NASHVILLE is like sitting down at a table laden with delectable “goodies” for embroiderers and apparel decorators – everywhere you turn, people are sharing ideas and helping each other! Companies showcasing equipment (embroidery, direct garment printing, screen printing, rhinestone, laser engraving, sublimation, heat press), digitizing software, blank goods, supplies and services are exhibiting at Embroidery Mart.

Embroidery Mart is your answer to “How do I boost sales and expand my business?”! When you attend Embroidery Mart, you receive immediate information and feedback, you network with suppliers and peers face-to-face and you check out the latest in the apparel decoration industry!

Who can attend Embroidery Mart?

Everyone already involved in the commercial embroidery industry or apparel decoration industries, and everyone interested in commercial embroidery and apparel decoration as a business. Embroidery Mart-NASHVILLE is for garment decorators who use (or want to learn to use) apparel decoration equipment, digitizing software, stock designs, tools, supplies and technologies.1 It is for business owners with an interest in embroidery, screen printing, heat press, digital garment printing, laser engraving, rhinestones or promotional products. If this describes you, then what are you waiting for? FYI – Membership in National Network of Embroidery Professionals (NNEP) is NOT required to attend this event.

Future apparel decorators between the ages of 14-18 can register for the Trade Show and classes if accompanied by an adult. Please bring proof of age. Children under the age of 14 (including babes in arms and tots in strollers) are not eligible to attend the Trade Show or the classes.

Should I register before Embroidery Mart?

Registration for Embroidery Mart-NASHVILLE is not yet open.

There are good reasons to pre-register…

  1. When you pre-register EARLY for Embroidery Mart-NASHVILLE by July 1, you are entered in a drawing for a free night at the Hyatt Hotel.
  2. When you pre-register for Embroidery Mart-NASHVILLE by July 10, we print a Show Directory for you. Having the contact information of every exhibitor can be a life-saver after the trade show, when you suddenly need to contact the supplier to order dozens of XYZ product!

Pre-registration closes a few days before the show. When online registration closes in late July, you CAN register at the door, for the same fee, although you may not receive the Embroidery Mart directory.

If you are experiencing difficulties with online registration, please call NNEP at 800-866-7396 between 9 AM – 5PM EST, until August 1 (when the NNEP team heads to Nashville) to register by phone. After pre-registration ends, you can register on site at the door for Embroidery Mart-NASHVILLE at Music City Center in downtown Nashville.

Can I register at Embroidery Mart, when I get there?

YES! Though, you may not receive a Show Directory (it is really hard to guess how many to print for folks that register at the door).

How do I register for Embroidery Mart?

Register online soon, by phone (800-866-7396) or at the event.

When you register ONLINE, you will get an acknowledgment of your registration by email. 

What does it cost to attend?

Registration is $20/person. This includes BOTH DAYS at the Embroidery Mart, an Embroidery & Apparel Decorator Trade Show, and admittance to all the Classes.

NOTE: If you are a current member of the National Network of Embroidery Professionals (NNEP), registration for Friday and Saturday is FREE for everyone that attends from your organization, as it is a member benefit.

Do I have to register for the individual classes?

The classes on Friday & Saturday are free for every registered Embroidery Mart attendee. We do not offer registration for these individual sessions. They are product demonstrations and training offered by the exhibitors. If you are interested in a class, simply go to that classroom and take your seat. Once the rooms fill to capacity, the doors will be closed for the remainder of that session. Some of the classes do fill quickly! Some of the classes are repeated on Saturday. The classroom doors will open at 8:40 for the 9 AM classes. See more class information here.

How much is the hotel?

The group rate rooms are at three nearby hotels, Hyatt Place Downtown and the Hampton Inn & Suites Nashville. Check out the hotel information HERE.

What airport is the closest?

To make air travel arrangements, call your travel agent or check online for competitive airfares to Nashville International Airport (BNA).  To get to the hotels or Music City Center from the airport, catch a cab or a downtown shuttle service.

Is there a Garage Sale at this event?

The NNEP no longer hosts an industry garage sale.

Can my kids attend?

Future apparel decorators between the ages of 14-18 can register for the Embroidery Mart-ATLANTA and classes if accompanied by an adult. Please bring proof of age. Children under the age of 14 (including babes in arms and tots in strollers) are not eligible to enter the exhibits hall or attend the classes.

Where can I eat?

A concessions area is in the exhibit hall, serving “Grab & Go” meals and beverages on Friday and Saturday in the Exhibit Hall.  Enjoy meals with the embroiderers and apparel decorators you meet at Embroidery Mart-NASHVILLE! It is a great opportunity to connect with fellow business owners and decorators in a non-competitive environment!

What if I cannot make it at that the last minute?

There are no refunds if you cancel your registration.
